Work HistoryWith over seven years of experience as a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for individuals navigating identity, trauma, and growth. My practice is deeply rooted in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, with a special focus on trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive people. I believe in honoring each client’s lived experience and the power of showing up authentically in the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, including those living with PTSD and complex PTSD (C-PTSD). My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from a wide range of modalities to support each client's unique needs. These include Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, EMDR, IFS, and Somatic techniques. At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful agent of change. I strive to build a collaborative, trusting connection with my clients, where vulnerability is met with compassion and curiosity. Whether exploring your identity, processing trauma, or seeking greater ease in your life, I’m here to walk alongside you
