Work HistoryIn my work as a therapist, I’ve focused on helping young adults, especially college students, navigate the unique challenges they face. I’ve developed a deep understanding of issues like anxiety, stress, and identity struggles, which are common during this life stage. Through my experience, I’ve become skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, both of which allow me to offer practical tools and supportive guidance to clients. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with individuals dealing with overwhelming academic pressure, relationship issues, and the complexities of figuring out who they are. My approach has always been to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. By focusing on building resilience and confidence, I help my clients develop coping strategies that make a real difference in their daily lives. Every step of my journey has been about empowering others to overcome challenges and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives. I’m passionate about continuing this work and helping even more young adults find their way.
