Get To Know Me
What excites you most about the evolving mental health landscape?
I am especially inspired by the growing research around psychedelic-assisted therapies. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has already opened doors for clients to access deeper healing in ways traditional therapy often cannot. Looking ahead, I am eager to see how psilocybin- and MDMA-assisted therapies will continue to transform the mental health field and create new possibilities for growth and recovery.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I primarily work with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, EMDR, and somatic- and existential-based approaches that allow for deeper healing beyond talk alone. These methods help clients process trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and find meaning in life’s challenges. I also integrate traditional therapies such as psychodynamic and CBT when they are useful, creating a flexible approach tailored to each client’s needs.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I chose to become a therapist in my mid-30s after working with a therapist who profoundly changed my life. She helped me process unresolved issues, challenged the beliefs that were holding me back, and guided me toward a more authentic way of living. That experience inspired me to do similar work for others.
Making the change meant leaving behind a career in corporate sales and strategy and committing fully to a path where my focus is helping people. I moved to Colorado, pursued my training, and let go of roles that always felt stifling or unfulfilling. The transition took four years, but I have never looked back. Today, I consider it the greatest honor to help people find peace, contentment, and the confidence to live authentically.

Work HistoryBefore opening my private practice, I worked in a psychiatric emergency department and inpatient mental health facility as well as in group practices supporting teens, adults, and couples. These experiences taught me how to sit with people in their hardest moments, whether navigating crisis, healing from trauma, or finding a way forward when life felt overwhelming.
Therapy is my second career. After years in a demanding corporate role, I chose a path that felt more meaningful and aligned. Along the way, I trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, EMDR for trauma, Gottman Method approaches for couples, and pet loss grief. These trainings shape the way I practice today, which is relational, steady, and attentive to both mind and body.
I opened my practice in Denver to create a space where clients can move at their own pace, bring their full selves, and explore deeper approaches than traditional talk therapy alone. I now focus on trauma, relationships, burnout, and questions of meaning and purpose, helping people find steadiness and growth through life’s challenges.
