Work HistoryBefore opening my private practice, I worked in a psychiatric emergency department and inpatient mental health facility as well as in group practices supporting teens, adults, and couples. These experiences taught me how to sit with people in their hardest moments, whether navigating crisis, healing from trauma, or finding a way forward when life felt overwhelming. Therapy is my second career. After years in a demanding corporate role, I chose a path that felt more meaningful and aligned. Along the way, I trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, EMDR for trauma, Gottman Method approaches for couples, and pet loss grief. These trainings shape the way I practice today, which is relational, steady, and attentive to both mind and body. I opened my practice in Denver to create a space where clients can move at their own pace, bring their full selves, and explore deeper approaches than traditional talk therapy alone. I now focus on trauma, relationships, burnout, and questions of meaning and purpose, helping people find steadiness and growth through life’s challenges.
