Work HistoryI specialize in providing psychotherapy for adults in New York working through life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and loss, relationship issues, and psychedelic integration. Prior to getting into private practice work, I provided counseling services at the NYU Center for Counseling and Community Wellbeing, which aims to provide comprehensive and culturally-sensitive mental health care to underserved communities. I started my career in neuroscience, conducting research on motivation and schizophrenia at Columbia University Medical Center and the New York Psychiatric Institute. Since then, I’ve had a range of experience, from I/O psychology to behavioral intervention for adolescents, young adults and their families. In addition to my work and educational experience, I’ve also participated in trainings for ACT and psychedelic-assisted therapy, and received certifications in relationship coaching and in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
