Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My journey into therapy began with a personal experience—watching my sister grow and heal through her own therapy inspired me deeply. I realized how much I value connection, empathy, and helping others feel understood. Now, I bring that same presence and support into my work with clients. I specialize in working with teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, school and social stress, identity questions, and relationship challenges.
