Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me is a collaboration where I show up as just another human. My approach is person-centered and eclectic, meaning I adapt my tools to fit your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I offer a gentle, low-pressure space where you can untangle relationship patterns or navigate anxiety without judgment. Whether we’re building emotional language or exploring family cycles, our work is a partnership. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, heard, and supported as we make real ground together.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
Growing up in a multicultural household and traveling the world taught me that there are many different ways to see the world. I make an active effort not to live in a bubble; seeing how other people live has helped me recognize my own privilege and shaped how I show up as a therapist. I want to understand my clients as people, far beyond a diagnosis. I strive to be culturally humble because I am not the expert on your life. I am always ready to learn from you while respecting the unique YOU.

Professional Background
Licensure
Under Supervision: Aurelien Schwartz, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, ISW23000 is practicing under the supervision of Allegra Saunders (Florida, LCSW, 20559) at Dandelion Therapy Group.
Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases.
Education
University of Kentucky, Master of Social Work, Clinical Social Work, 2025 — During my time at UKY, I focused my research and writing on advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community. Most of my research and writing concentrated on the history of LGBTQIA+ rights in America and how the current political climate affects the mental health of LGBTQIA+ people today.
I specifically studied the impact of shifting laws and the rise in community-targeted attacks. I did this work because I wanted to understand the "why" behind the stress so many people are feeling right now. It helped me build a practice where people can feel safe exploring their identity while navigating a world that can often feel pretty heavy.
Work HistoryBefore becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years working in the corporate world. During that time, what I actually cared about most was the people I worked with. I spent over a decade coaching and mentoring colleagues through the stress and burnout that many of my clients are dealing with today.
Now at Dandelion Therapy Group, I use that life experience to help people navigate the various issues that life brings. I focus on Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Attachment, and Family Dynamics. While I have a specific interest in Men’s Issues, I also work with women and am an inclusive LGBTQIA+ therapist. Additionally, I work with the Latinx community and enjoy creating a space where you can explore your heritage and identity without judgment.
