I believe that we all have moments where we need a little extra help and asking for help is hard. Therapy and our relationships with others work best with open, honest and collaborative communication and efforts.

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

As someone who experienced negative life experiences myself at a young age, I have dedicated my life to serving others and alleviating stressors and symptoms that seem unmanageable. This provides me with a unique perspective that I can use to emphasize and understand various different life barriers.
