Work HistoryMy experience in the mental health field has allowed me to work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use. Throughout my career, I have worked in both community mental health, the hospital, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals through everyday struggles as well as more complex mental health needs. Much of my experience has involved helping people during some of the most difficult times in their lives, including those experiencing emotional crises, overwhelming stress, suicidal thoughts, substance use concerns, and significant life changes. This work has strengthened my ability to remain calm, provide practical support, and help clients create clear, manageable steps toward feeling better. Over the years, I have developed a solution-focused approach that combines evidence-based strategies with genuine compassion. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered—not judged. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you feeling stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools you can use outside of our sessions.
