Education
Webster University, Master of Arts, Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Family Systems, 2013 — In 2013, I graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Arts in mental health counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. In addition to my degree, I have special training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Through my years of work, I’ve grown to prefer working with individuals over couples and families. IFS allows me to easily translate what I know from systems theories and therapies into my work with individual clients.
