Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting adults across the lifespan in working through trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating the emotional impact of caregiving, chronic stress, and life transitions.
Something important to know about working with me is that I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, grounded, and authentic, and I strive to meet you where you are in your process.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Taking the step to begin therapy is a brave and meaningful decision. It can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. Therapy offers a space for self-discovery, insight, and the opportunity to break free from unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding you back. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and validated, with tools to support your growth both in and outside of our work together.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
In our first session, I focus on getting to know you and understanding your presenting concerns through a thorough intake process. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to supporting your healing journey. My approach is collaborative, direct, and affirming while creating a space where you feel both supported and encouraged to challenge yourself. I strive to meet you where you are and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and guides your path forward.
