Training/CertificationsNCC
Education
Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi, Master of Science, Professional Counseling, 2025 — A Master of Science in Professional Counseling with a marriage and family track.
Work HistoryDuring my masters program I interned at the Counseling and Training Clinic at TAMUCC. I worked with individuals, couples, and families. I saw clients with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, agoraphobia, life transition concerns, career concerns, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and parenting concerns. During this time I also worked with Liberty Resources where I worked with adolescents in the juvenile system and their families. I assisted the families after the juvenile came home from long-term placement, working on anger issues, substance use, peer relationships, building resumes and interview skills, prosocial involvement, school involvement, family connection, coping skills, emotional regulation, and was present with the families during court hearing and meetings with their probation officers.
