Education
Augusta University, Master of Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2023
Work HistoryThe Counseling Zebra (March 2025- Present) - I provide individual telehealth therapy to individuals with a focus on those with borderline personality disorders, substance use disorders, self harm, suicidal ideation, and adjustment challenges. High Focus Treatment Center (May 2023- Present) - I provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in our intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP) that need a higher level of care than traditional one on one therapy. We work from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy framework that teaches clients ways in which they can communicate in healthy ways, set boundaries, regulate their emotions, incorporate mindfulness and selfcare, and use skills and strategies to move through urges. I conduct full biopsychosocial assessments during our intake appointments.
