Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples through all kinds of life transitions and challenges. I’ve worked in private practice since 2017, and while my training has been broad, my heart and experience have led me to specialize in trauma, neurodivergence (especially ADHD and autism), and relationship dynamics. I also have a deep love for working with first responders and military families, which comes from personal connection and professional focus.
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping people untangle the mess of their inner world and find real relief—not just temporary fixes. I’m trained in EMDR, which I often use when working with trauma, and I also integrate Enneagram insight when it fits, as a way to help clients understand their motivations, stress patterns, and relational blind spots.
I work best with people who are ready to dig deep and who want a space that feels both grounding and real. I don’t do stuffy or clinical—I believe therapy should feel like an honest conversation with someone who really gets it. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, neurodivergent burnout, or the complexities of relationships, I aim to meet you with compassion, humor, and practical support.
