What is your style/approach to therapy?
I want this to be a great fit, so I personalize my approach and advice to your life. My tips and tricks are not general, rather they are specific to your life. Humor is often used in my sessions, as I believe laughter is extremely therapeutic. You will quickly see that our work will not feel like "therapy," but more of a team working together towards common goals!
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Trust! I work extremely hard to build trust with each client. I want clients to know that my advice and guidance comes from a point of compassion and care. Trust allows hard conversations to take place and evolve!
How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Goals are determined as a team. I will listen to your goals and help add any that I may see fit!
