Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
In undergrad, my goal was to be a physical therapist. I noticed the patients I was working with, not only were struggling physically, but dealing with difficult mental tolls as well. I wanted to become further experienced in mental health in order to provide holistic care. As mental health is just as, or more important than physical well being.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel they can truly be themselves. Therapy doesn't have to always be serious, the beauty of humor and laughter can serve an important purpose in a healing journey.
How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Your well-being is my top priority, and I believe in meeting you exactly where you're at in your journey. Together, we'll create goals and interventions at a pace that feels comfortable for you, ensuring that the process is both manageable and meaningful.
