What is your style/approach to therapy?
I value therapy that is practical, honest, and respectful of your time and effort. You won’t be judged, pushed to overshare, or left without direction. I believe therapy should feel supportive while still helping you move forward in meaningful ways.
I approach my work with curiosity, directness, and collaboration. You are the expert on your experience; my role is to help you see patterns more clearly, develop useful skills, and make choices aligned with what matters to you. Progress doesn’t require being in crisis—it starts with a willingness to look at what isn’t working and try something different.

Work HistoryAre you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted—even though you’re keeping up with work and responsibilities?
Do you find yourself overthinking, tense, or disconnected from what used to matter?
I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout—often related to work pressure, life transitions, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism and avoidance. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who have tried to manage on their own, but are now noticing that anxiety or low mood is affecting their focus, relationships, or sense of direction.
In therapy, we focus on helping you reduce the grip of anxiety, respond differently to stress, and develop practical skills for handling difficult thoughts and emotions without feeling overwhelmed by them. Our work is structured, collaborative, and focused on real-life change—not just insight.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means learning how to relate differently to anxiety and stress so they no longer run your life, while moving toward what matters to you.
Therapy with me is supportive, direct, and goal-oriented. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We work at a pace that feels manageable while keeping therapy purposeful.
If you’re considering therapy and want to see if we’re a good fit, you can contact me through Psychology Today to request an initial consultation and ask about availability or fees. Reaching out simply starts a conversation.
