Work HistoryAs a former PHP/IOP group therapist for kiddos, I work with children and adults with various mood, anxiety, and personality disorders as well as increased symptoms of anxiety and depression that result in behavioral issues, impulsivity, high crisis, and suicidal ideation. I use evidence-based psychotherapies for those who struggle with emotional regulation, coping with life’s stresses, and mental health issues. With what kids are exposed to today, and the challenges that adults face, we need guidance in learning how to handle and manage the aftereffects. Rock bottom always looks ugly, but it’s not the end. If you have a shred of hope, you can get through this, and I’m here to help you every step of the way.
