Work HistoryI enjoy working with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, life stressors and trauma. My approaches include trauma-focused cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy. I describe the therapeutic relationship between a counselor and the client as a collaborative one. The client and the counselor should work together to set goals that will help enhance the client’s well-being and establish healthier patterns of relating to oneself and others. Clients can expect to be vulnerable without judgement, challenged when needed, grow in self-awareness, gain insight and solutions to life stressors.
