Education
George Mason University, Bachelor of Arts, Communication — I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication from George Mason University, where I gained a strong foundation in understanding human connection and interaction. I was also part of a nationally competitive sports program, which deepened my knowledge about perseverance, teamwork, and dedication—qualities that have a significant impact on my work with my clients.
Bastyr University, Master of Arts, Counseling Psychology, 2024 — I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University, a school known for its focus on holistic health and wellness. My time there helped me develop an integrative approach to mental health, combining evidence-based practices with a deep respect for the mind-body connection, which shapes how I support my clients today.
Work HistoryBefore becoming a therapist, I had a variety of experiences that shaped how I support my clients. I worked in communication and development in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds, where I learned so much about understanding people’s unique perspectives and challenges. Later, I spent time as a stay-at-home mom to my two kids, an experience that taught me the importance of resilience, connection, and the everyday ways we show up for the people we care about. My journey as a therapist started at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health and later with a private therapy collective, where I worked with clients from all walks of life. Now, in my private practice, I bring everything I’ve learned along the way to create a space where you can feel supported and explore what matters most to you.
