Work HistoryI began my work at Childplace, Inc in Jeffersonville, Indiana where I previously completed an internship in graduate school. As a therapist at Childplace, I often worked with children, teens, and families that experienced poverty, severe mental illness, and were involved with the foster care system. I became versed in helping children and families cope through trauma and find healing after struggling with suicidal thoughts and self harm. During my time at Childplace, I began providing telehealth services through Cerebral Medical Group, where I continued my work with trauma, but with a focus on adults. This role allowed me to hone my telehealth skills while providing high-quality care. In October, 2021, I began my private practice- Rooted Wisdom Counseling Services, LLC. where I continue to provide high quality telehealth services, primarily to those struggling with unwanted memories of the past. I have partnered with organizations such as Grow Therapy and Headway in order to provide quality care to those who wish to use their insurance.
