Work HistoryI truly enjoy working with clients who are seeking guidance in creating new opportunities, whether you are excited or terrified by change. I help clients learn to regulate uncomfortable or overwhelming emotions that continue to affect your relationships with others, or to develop and/or maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as those experiencing depression and looking to healthily cope with their symptoms. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am ready to help you navigate your journey in self-discovery or work with couples in need of someone who can identify with them. I am also a Marine Corps Veteran. My approach is client-centered; together we decide on your goals.. You are the expert of your life and experiences; I am here to offer guidance, tools, and therapeutic techniques. I have years of experience using CBT and DBT as therapeutic modalities, as well as Motivational Enhancement Therapy to help identify what drives my clients to seek changes. Vulnerability is strength. Seeking answers through curiosity is half the battle. With my experience and your self-knowledge, we can identify problem areas, behaviors, symptoms, and emotions that could be affecting your holistic wellness. You’re in the right place; I will always work to ensure your needs are being met.
