Get To Know Me
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
If I were to sit across from my ideal client today, I would see someone who has carried a heavy weight for a long time with a quiet grace. My ideal client is often someone who feels "othered" by the world, whether as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, a person navigating marginalized spaces, or someone who simply feels their brain processes life differently. They are resilient and capable, yet they have reached a point where "just getting by" has become exhausting. They aren't looking for a passive observer; they are looking for a collaborative partner to help them untangle the complexities of a life that feels like a marathon.
I believe therapy should be so much more than just a place to vent; it should be where you gain the clarity and tools to change your life. As an LMHC, I walk with you through the "heavy" experiences that often feel isolating—whether that’s the weight of Depression, the static of Anxiety and ADHD, or the complex cycles of Mood Disorders and Substance Use.
Whether you are navigating the complexities of ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, or Substance Use, or seeking an affirming space to celebrate your LGBTQIA+ identity, we will work at a pace that feels entirely safe for you. You don't have to have all the answers or "perform" wellness here—you can just be you.
