Brianna Palacios LCPC
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
In one of our early sessions (within the first 4 appointments) we will work together to identify your goals for our sessions together. This will turn into your Care Plan, which we will use together to keep on track with what you are hoping to gain from your therapy. Our routine sessions will vary based on what has brought you into therapy. We may use creative approaches such as art, music, or play for younger clients, learn new skills or explore new ways of viewing a situation, and process/discuss aspects of your life that has created challenge for you. I always take the approach that you are the expert on you, so if something is not working, we adjust so that our time is comfortable, safe, and helpful.
