Work HistoryI have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents in public schools providing group and individual therapy. I am familiar with the struggles that adolescents face most notably anxiety, anger, school adjustment, family conflict, relationships and gender identity exploration. I am also uniquely familiar with the experiences of public school teachers and the anxiety caused by unrealistic expectations. Additionally, I enjoy supporting young adults who are struggling with life transitions after high school. This can be an overwhelming time and allowing space to process these feelings is important. There is no correct path and feeling unsure is expected.
