Work HistoryHi, I’m Brigham Snyder. If you’re reading this, I’m proud of you. You’re taking the first step in your journey to healing, and sometimes it’s the hardest step to take. My goal is to help you realize the multitude of strengths and capabilities you already have, and how we can build on those to help you grow into who you want to be. Whether you’re struggling with worry, sadness, loss, relationships, work, spirituality, life transitions, or whatever else life is throwing at you– I’m here to walk through this journey with you. These things are tough, and you don’t have to manage it on your own. Together, we’ll work to create a personalized plan to help you understand yourself better, manage your stress, and build your confidence to take on life’s challenges. I bring years of education and experience, and a genuine enthusiasm to listen, empower, and incite meaningful therapeutic change. I show up with honesty, humor, and a down-to-earth style that helps you feel comfortable to be yourself. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and sometimes even a little imagination and storytelling. In my free time, you can find me hiking, playing Dungeons and Dragons, reading, or fully embracing my inner nerd with enthusiasm and zero shame. You deserve to give yourself a chance, and we’re here to help you take it. I would love to meet with you and help you take the next step towards the relief, strength, and quality of life you deserve. I hope to see you soon!
