Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I have more than a decade of experience helping adults who are facing life's challenges, and we can work together to help you take your power back using simple tools & techniques. You’re not alone, and I believe change is within your reach. During our sessions together, my priority is to help you feel comfortable, supported & empowered so that we can work towards a better quality of life.
Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?
Have you experienced something traumatic, stressful or life-altering? Do you feel unfulfilled, drained or overwhelmed? Do you feel frustrated, lost or hopeless? Are your thoughts negative and cruel? Do your emotions seem uncontrollable? Do you struggle to connect to others, or find joy in things you once loved? These are all common themes that I work on with my clients, so if any of this resonates with you, please reach out so we can chat more.
I've found that it's necessary to approach these issues from multiple lenses, such as addressing thoughts, emotions, behaviors, physical symptoms, support systems, daily life and functioning, values, health, etc. There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy, so I like to stay current on evidence-based best practices to ensure a personalized plan for each person I work with.
