Work HistoryMy work has always centered around helping people feel a little more grounded and a lot less alone. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through some of life’s biggest turning points—pregnancy and postpartum, the transition to college or a new career, navigating a move to a new state, or simply finding your footing in a season that feels unfamiliar or overwhelming. I’m drawn to these in-between spaces where identity shifts, responsibilities change, and emotions often feel louder than usual. Working with new and expecting parents has given me a deep respect for how layered these transitions can be. I’ve spent countless hours supporting people through the emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood—the messy middle where stress rises, roles shift, and relationships sometimes feel strained. Collaborating closely with lactation consultants, nutrition experts, and birth providers taught me how deeply connected emotional and physical wellbeing truly are, and those experiences shaped my specialty in perinatal mental health. But my work extends far beyond the postpartum period. I also work with students stepping into independence for the first time, professionals navigating career changes, and individuals or couples adjusting to a new city, new community, or new chapter of life. I’ve seen how these transitions can stir up anxiety, uncertainty, and self-doubt, and I’ve learned how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner during the shift. Whether someone is becoming a parent, starting college, rebuilding after burnout, or settling into a new home, my approach remains the same: warm, honest, and focused on helping you make sense of what you’re feeling so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
