Work HistoryBrittany Davis, LPCC-S is a behavioral health leader with nearly 20 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, clinical operations, and program development. She has extensive leadership experience overseeing residential and outpatient behavioral health programs, most recently serving as Midwest Senior Regional Director at The Emily Program, where she managed multi-site operations, supported executive and site directors, and led initiatives related to program growth, staff development, and clinical quality. Earlier in her career, Brittany held roles including Outpatient Site Director and Adolescent Program Manager, where she supervised multidisciplinary teams and helped deliver evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults.
