Work HistoryMy approach to therapy can best be describe as eclectic. While I have a strong base in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I also like to intertwine Person Centered Techniques as well as Solution Focused approaches. My goal for each of my clients is for them to be the best possible versions of themselves. While this concept sounds easy enough, there are many things each of us have that are blocking that path. My goal in therapy is to help clients Identify what that block is and how they can begin to remove it.
