What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
A key component of the therapeutic relationship is feeling compatible with your therapist. Having a therapist you connect with makes all the difference! When you feel connected, opening up is a bit easier and allows you to have the full benefits of therapy. I strive to create a nurturing, warm, and welcoming environment to help my clients feel comfortable coming to sessions!
