Education
Regent University, Master of Arts, Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy, 2020 — Throughout my time as a graduate student I completed Level I and II of the Gottman Method. I also completed a research project on avoidant attachment in the young adult years and presented at the 2019 VACES conference.
Liberty University, Bachelor of Science, Psychology: Counseling and Human Development, 2017 — Throughout my undergraduate career, I study classes to build my foundation in the world of psychology. In addition, I earned a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences focusing on families and parenting. I was also member of the colorguard in marching band for all 4 years of college. I was on flag, rifle line, and dance.
Work HistoryI began my career in the world of mental health as an administrative assistant in a private practice. During this time I was able to learn the ins and outs of running a practice on the business side. I then graduated and began my residency in 2020. After completing all necessary documentation, testing, supervision, and clinician hours I began a licensed therapist in 2022.
