Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a supportive and honest environment for my clients where they can explore the depths of trauma, desire for change and hope for healing. I work diligently to meet my clients where they are and use curiosity to pull back the layers that seem stuck. I create a safe place where we can explore your struggles and work through life challenges together.
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
The key component of the therapeutic relationships in my experience is trust. Trust is one of the main things that either makes or breaks the connection that you and a client have. Without trust clients are unlikely to follow your guidance or allow you to press them when they need it to make progress.
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
My biggest strength as a therapist is my ability to really understand what most of my clients are experiencing as I have and do struggle with many of the same issues that they struggle with. I think feeling seen and understood is a very impactful part of therapy and necessary for progression.
