Work HistoryI am a pre-licensed therapist-in-training at Alpine Integrative Wellness and a master's student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University of New Hampshire. My professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University and has included years of working closely with individuals in a variety of supportive roles. Through my graduate practicum and supervised clinical work, I have developed a passion for supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I draw on somatic therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and existential perspectives to help clients cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and connection. My work is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where people can explore their stories, heal, and move toward greater wellbeing.
