Education
Abeline Christian University, Master of Arts, Marriage and Family Counseling, 2020 — While I attended a Christian University for my Masters, I use a holistic, inclusive approach and work with clients from all walks of life. During my schooling, I learned to blend a wide variety of therapy techniques in order to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Work HistoryPrior to starting my own practice, I gained a wealth of experience working at CAC with lower-income couples and individuals dealing with a variety of mental health and relationship challenges. It was during this experience that I started to envision building my own practice, which I started in 2020. My goal -- in addition to helping each client to the best of my abilities -- is to destigmatize mental health services and empower everyone in need of help to seek it.
