Get To Know Me
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I can be described as "warm, compassionate, playful, curious, and direct." I am an ENFJ, Ennegram 3w2, Leo sun and Taurus moon, and year of the Dragon if personality tests interest you. I hope to make our space collaboratively safe where we can both show up authentically.
Were there lessons in your professional or academic career that left an impression on you, and how has that informed your work today?
I constantly find myself inspired and amazed by the resilience and strength all of my clients carry. I believe there is a story or lesson to be learned from every individual I meet and it is truly an honor to be able to witness and carry someone's story of pain, hope, and every other emotion. The lesson - to always be curious and compassionate.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
It is my hope that clients feel heard, seen, and accepted in my space. I believe that you know yourself best and I am merely here to hold your experiences. You can expect to develop an understanding of your past, how that impacts your present, and strengthen the skills you inherently have within you to lead a fulfilling life.

Work HistoryHi, I’m a second generation Vietnamese therapist based in Washington offering telehealth services for adults navigating intergenerational trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed—grounded in curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility. I’m here to support you in untangling the past, making sense of the present, and moving toward a more grounded and connected future. My intention for this space is to create a community based on my own experiences as a person and therapist. I hope we can walk this path together :)
