I try to provide an environment that you look forward to coming back. I do this not because therapy is supposed to be "fun" (it often isn't) but because being comfortable and seen/heard is valuable. Getting the opportunity to say how you think and feel without fear of harsh judgement is a useful platform for growth, and I seek to foster these opportunities with all my clients.

I achieved a bachelor's in sports management and began a career in sales and marketing. After almost a decade, I found myself seeking answers as to why I felt unfulfilled with my work. Pivoting from a sales career toward a helping career was not an easy choice, but gave me something I had never had in my professional life: enjoyment.
