Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I approach therapy collaboratively with my clients working together to find what combination of tools and methods that I have knowledge of would best support what the client wants to get from therapy.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I believe in fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore what matters most to you. Together, we can work to build insight and understanding by exploring the deeper, underlying emotional patterns and past experiences that have shaped you, helping you gain clarity on how they influence your current thoughts, feelings, and actions. We can develop practical strategies equipping you with concrete, actionable tools to better manage challenges and make meaningful changes in your daily life. As well as facilitate emotional processing supporting you in processing difficult emotions and experiences, helping you move toward greater emotional resilience and well-being.
