I work primarily with young adults and women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—those who need support navigating persistent worry, low self-esteem, mood changes, chronic illness, or major life transitions. I’m passionate about helping young adults regain a sense of peace and direction in their lives. My specialties include anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and women’s issues, with a strong emphasis on self-esteem, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I also bring a deep understanding of chronic illness and chronic pain. Therapy with me will include use of real coping skills in your daily life and insightful work together in sessions.
