What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
What drew this path was seeing how much relief people feel when they’re genuinely understood and given tools that fit how their brain works, not a one‑size‑fits‑all plan. The decision to become a therapist came from wanting to consistently create that nonjudgmental space so people can make changes that actually stick in their day-to-day.
Choosing telehealth and a neurodiversity‑affirming focus was about reducing barriers and making it easier to reach support without jumping through hoops, especially for folks who have felt overlooked or misunderstood elsewhere. The hope is simple: to offer steady, respectful care that helps you feel more like yourself and move toward what matters to you

Work HistoryI provide online therapy for adults and young adults in Illinois, Washington, and Florida, with a focus on autistic and ADHD clients and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Sessions center on easing anxiety and OCD, navigating life transitions, and supporting identity work using practical, collaborative methods that move at a comfortable pace.
I also see clients through Headway, Grow Therapy, Rula, and Talkspace, which makes care accessible across regions and insurance options. Earlier, I supported children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities in a pediatric developmental center and led social skills groups, experience that now informs a patient, strengths-based style with adults. Before that, I worked in inpatient and residential settings, learning to stay calm in crises, keep people safe, and communicate clearly when emotions run high. Today, this background comes together as affirming, neurodiversity-informed care delivered via secure telehealth with clear communication and realistic next steps tailored to your goals.
