What is your style/approach to therapy?
Embarking on your counseling journey is an exciting and meaningful step in exploring your story and the unique experiences that have shaped your life. I approach counseling as a collaborative process, working toward your goals while providing comprehensive services for individuals throughout the different stages of life. With a strong commitment to supporting my clients’ well-being, I strive to support your discovery of self and holistic well-being throughout your life journey. Throughout the counseling process, I tailor my approach through your feedback, goals, and our sessions to meet the unique needs of every individual.
What does a first session with you look like?
During our initial sessions, we will discuss the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing the issues in a way that helps you meet the goals you have. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I work primarily from a person-centered approach, meaning you know what you need best. I aim to provide a safe place, tools, information, and guidance to help you reach the goals that you want to reach. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. I am here to offer support and a safe place along your journey.
