What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both education and lived experience. I was drawn to the field through an early interest in understanding human behavior and emotional well-being, which deepened as I pursued formal training and gained hands-on experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges in life. Along the way, I learned how important it was to provide people with a safe environment.
