Education
Boston University, Master of Education, Counseling Psychology
Work HistoryLife brings challenges, and my role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported and understood. Every person’s story is unique and I strive to meet you where you are. I’ve been fortunate to learn from wonderful mentors and to serve in diverse settings — counseling centers, schools, health clinics, advocacy organizations. These experiences allow me to adapt our work to fit your unique needs. With empathy, clarity, and even a touch of humor, I walk alongside you as we explore your strengths and gently work toward healing. Together, we’ll find ways to navigate life’s transitions and uncover hope in the process. I believe deeply in the power of the human animal bond. I think animals can be part of the healing process and my certified therapy dog, Pumpkin, may join us if we feel her presence will enhance your journey. Whether in-office, through telehealth, in nature, or in your home, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, older adulthood and aging, end-of-life issues, caregiver roles, relationship challenges. I welcome adults from all backgrounds and am especially passionate about making mental health services more accessible to homebound individuals and folks in rural areas.
