Learn more about my:
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is interactive, warm and eclectic. I sometimes incorporate somatic and mindfulness therapies. I may also use playfulness as a form of healing to bring out and connect with your inner child, while at other times I may hold space for you in silence to fully support you in what my be unfolding.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I work with individuals to enhance and comprehend their story and learn how to create a new, more powerful and loving narrative. When working with couples, I teach them to cross the bridge into each others inner world’s while learning to feel safe with each other. We work on building compassion and trust to ultimately deepen their levels of intimacy and connection. Together, we will engage in the beautiful process of discovery and I’ll ensure that you are supported and guided throughout the process. Whether you embark on this journey as an individual or with a partner, you will learn how to heal, grow, and significantly connect with those you love.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I believe that as relational beings, the relationship we carry with ourselves, directly affects our quality of life. When we begin our inner work, we can improve relational intimacy, our connections, our comfort within, and embrace a more fulfilling life.
