Education
Seattle University, Master of Arts, Clinical Mental Health, 2025
Work HistoryBefore becoming a mental health counselor, I worked for many years as a school psychologist, supporting children, families, and educators through challenging situations. That experience taught me how deeply our early relationships and environments shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. In my current work, I draw on that foundation to support adults navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve spent years helping clients make sense of loss, rebuild after difficult experiences, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. My approach blends compassion with practical tools—helping clients both understand their emotions and create meaningful change in their lives. As an immigrant and mother, I also understand firsthand the complexity of adapting to new roles, cultures, and seasons of life. These experiences inform my perspective and help me create a space that feels grounded, understanding, and real.
