My focus is to provide a safe and collaborative space for all of my clients to openly share their feelings and goals for change within their life. I use an individualized approach that helps you identify and use your strengths, learn new coping skills, improve your communication, and create lasting changes. I will support you through life transitions and help you feel less stuck and stressed out.

If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy if they put the time and effort in. Everyone's feelings and concerns are unique and deserving of support no matter what stressors you are experiencing or what stage of life you are in.
