What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach to healing embraces the entirety of the human experience, weaving together Somatic, Jungian, and Transpersonal frameworks with parts-work methodologies including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gestalt therapy. I view the healing journey as a dance—a collaborative process of discovering the authentic voice within each client. What distinguishes my practice is the integration of complementary modalities including dreamwork, tarot, astrology, artistic expression, poetry, and symbolic exploration to enrich the therapeutic process and access deeper dimensions of healing. As a queer, neurodivergent-affirming therapist and spiritual healer, I create a supportive environment where clients can safely explore their inner landscapes and reclaim their personal power. I believe profoundly in holistic transformation that honors the soul's innate capacity for healing, guiding clients toward more complete embodiment of their authentic selves. My therapeutic container nurtures profound growth through compassionate presence, somatic awareness, and recognition of each person's inherent wisdom and capacity for self-healing.

Work History

I'm Casey, a dedicated somatic therapist based in Boulder with credentials in trauma-focused therapy. I hold a Master's Degree in Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University, am EMDR trained, and hold a Jungian Certificate that informs my depth-oriented approach. As a certified USABP somatic psychotherapist, I work with adults, couples, and older adolescents (15+) in a practice grounded in principles of social justice and multicultural inclusivity. I'm proud to volunteer as a facilitator with NAMI Boulder County, contributing to community mental health education and support beyond my private practice.
