Work HistoryI’m a mental health counselor who has experience working in a small group practice, where I have had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages—from young children to older adults and everyone in between. I help clients navigate things like anxiety, over-thinking, depression, ADHD, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, self-esteem, and life transitions, always meeting them where they are. My approach is rooted in connection. I believe in creating a space that feels safe, genuine, and easy to show up in—where you don’t have to filter yourself or have it all figured out. I tend to be warm, patient, and easy to talk to, while also being a straight shooter when it matters most. I’ll be honest with you in a way that feels supportive, not harsh. And when it fits, I like to bring in a bit of humor—because even in hard moments, there’s room for lightness. I draw from a mix of approaches, but at the heart of my work is helping people feel understood, build on their strengths, and move toward a version of life that feels more like their own.
