Work History Hi there! I’m a Licensed Therapist, EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and Clinical Supervisor offering holistic, integrative therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. My work is grounded in the mind–body connection, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, presence, and attachment patterns that shape emotional experience. I support individuals who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, fear, or shutdown—especially when insight alone hasn’t led to lasting change. My work is experiential and process-oriented, integrating EMDR through a somatic and attachment-focused lens. Sessions often slow things down to explore how patterns show up in the present moment. I support anxiety, trauma, specific phobias, burnout, belief patterns, and challenges with relationships, communication, and emotional regulation. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Sessions are shaped around what feels most supportive for you, whether that means integrating EMDR or using other approaches, with care that responds to your needs. In addition to client care, EMDR consultation and supervision are offered for clinicians, including individual and group consultation.
