My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop effective strategies to move forward. Whether I'm working with a teen struggling with peer issues & social confidence, or an adult navigating life stressors, my priority is making them feel heard, understood, and empowered.
