What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop effective strategies to move forward. Whether I'm working with a teen struggling with peer issues & social confidence, or an adult navigating life stressors, my priority is making them feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I work closely with parents and school supports to ensure a collaborative approach to working with child/teen clients.

In our initial session, I will be looking to get to know you as a person by hearing your "story" and answer any questions you may have about my therapeutic approach or the therapy process.
