Get To Know Me
What does a first session with you look like?
Coming to therapy can be intimidating or even feel awkward. I aim to ease some of that as we navigate basic information, discuss goals/things you want to focus on, and honestly just get to know each other. We will start to cover your story and what brought you to therapy. This one hour session has structure but can vary based on the individual. I often hear that meeting with me is like talking to a familiar friend. Easy, nonjudgmental, and an open space to work through challenges.
