What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Safety is the most important components of the therapeutic relationship and it is one of the values I withhold in my practice. For many, safety has been disrupted through trauma or painful life experiences. I aim to help rebuild that sense of safety through warmth, patience, and attunement.

Work HistoryI have experience working with adolescents and adults across non-profit, community mental health, and private practice settings. I began my career working with children and adolescents, where I learned so much about resilience, patience, and the importance of play. That work continues to shape how I show up today. I believe we all carry an inner child within us, and in many ways, working with adults isn’t all that different. Now I primarily work with young adult and adult women.
